Description
Second City Salvage is offering today this old single candle sconce from the late 1920s that was manufactured by Halcolite (marked on the back). It is from their Pembroke line of fixtures. It is fabricated of hammered Swedish cast iron and has the original finish – the light has only been lightly cleaned. It has been restored from head to toe and will come to you with updated wiring and a modern cross bar needed for installation. It measures 4 ½”w x 12 1/2″h. and will project 5 1/2″ from the wall once installed (bulb not included). This is one of many in a group of Halcolite lights that were salvaged from a Minneapolis residence some years ago that I will be listing. Last photo in the listing shows the sconce in a c1928 Halcolite catalog. An extremely versatile light, it can be used in either a Tudor or Arts & Crafts setting.
Second City Salvage carefully packages and ships your item fully insured to the lower 48 states for FREE. Please contact us for a shipping quote to locations outside the Continental U.S.
