Second City Salvage is excited to offer this fully restored oversized Art Moderne chrome and glass sconce that dates to the late 1930s or early 1940s. It has been fully restored and converted from fluorescent to LED. It is ready to install. It measures a monumental 28″h x 11″w and will project 7″ from the wall once installed. The original chrome plating is in excellent condition with only a couple very small spots of loss/rust on the sides which I have elected to leave alone. The finials on the top and bottom are both original and most of the glass tubing is original. I only had to have several replaced and I have one extra. A great piece that deserves a significant place – am thinking the end of a hallway in a large commercial space would be the perfect spot for this beauty! It will come to you with updated wiring, the LED bulb and a modern cross bar needed for installation.
