Second City Salvage is offering today this monumental Arts & Crafts/Craftsman brass 4-light pole chandelier from the early 20th century c1910 that has been converted from gas to electric. It was lacquered when we received it so once that was all stripped down to bare brass, this is the patina we found. It has only been lightly cleaned. Shades are period frosted and clear glass with an embossed floral pattern and are in mint condition. The shades screw onto each fitter with thumb screws and the fitter attaches to a harp on each arm. Each shade measures 7″w x 4 1/4″h and have 4″ fitters. Shades do not need to be removed in order to change the bulbs. The light itself overall measures 23″w and will drop 46″ from the ceiling once installed. Canopy is 4 ½”square x 4″h. Drop can be adjusted so let us know if you need it to be shortened. As it sits right now, she needs a HIGH ceiling! The chandelier accepts four standard base bulbs, will come to you with updated wiring and a modern cross bar needed for install.
Second City Salvage carefully packages and ships your item fully insured to the lower 48 states for $200 due to its size and the fact that UPS charges for dimensional weight. The shipping price also includes fragile packing. We just cannot ship this one for free, but if there is a significant overage beyond shipping and handling, we will refund the difference. Please contact us for a shipping quote to locations outside the Continental U.S.
