Description
Second City Salvage is offering today this semi-flush mount beam light salvaged from a c1905 cabin in northern Minnesota. These were cleaned and stripped of all paint (pink and yellow?!) and still retain the original patina – they have only been lightly cleaned. The paddle switch sockets are new and the wiring has been updated. There are brass clamp-on shade holders (Hubbell stamped with patent dates of ’03 & ’04) with prismatic ruffled Holophane type waffle glass shades in mint condition. The shade holders can be removed and these can be bare bulb fixtures as well. If you don’t want the shade holders and shades, I will not include them and give you a $20 per light price break. I am not sure if these shades are old or if they are repros, but they pair very nice with these lights. At the base, they measure 2 7/8″ square and will drop 8 1/4″ to the bottom edge of the shade once installed. The shades themselves are 4 ¾””w x 4″h and have 2 ¼” fitters. These will come to you with brass round head wood screws needed for installation. These are priced individually, but I will offer a discount if all three are purchased by the same buyer.
Second City Salvage carefully packages and ships your item fully insured to the lower 48 states for FREE. Please contact us for a shipping quote to locations outside the Continental U.S.
