Second City Salvage is offering today this extremely rare piece of bathroom jewelry. It is an inverted wall mount tumbler holder by Art Brass Co. NY. In 20 years in the salvage business I’ve never seen one. Last photo in the listing shows it in the 1905 Art Brass Fine Bathroom Ware catalog. Tumbler shown in the listing is not included. The nickel plating is in good condition although it does show some wear and a bit of loss. Cost to replate this piece is $150 and I can have that done for you prior to shipping. I would leave it be as it cleaned up nicely. It measures 3 5/8″w x 5 3/4″h and will project 4 1/4″ from the wall once installed. It bears the Art Brass Mark on the back of the wall plate. A collector’s dream piece!
