Second City Salvage is offering today this old c1910 brass semi-flush mount ceiling light with a Sheffield milk glass shade that dates to the Arts & Crafts/Craftsman era. The brass fitter retains the original patina. It measures a generous 9″ dia. and will drop 7″ from the ceiling once installed. Canopy is 5 1/2″ dia x 4″h. Shade is 9″dia x 3 3/4″h and has a 2 ¼” fitter. Shade is in excellent condition with only one tiny chip to the rim of the shade which is not notable, but I have to mention (last photo). It accepts a standard base bulb, will come to you with updated wiring and a new socket, will be tested, and I’ll include a modern cross bar needed for install.
