Second City Salvage is offering today this fantastic gooseneck arm sconce with a 5″ prismatic waffle glass Holophane style shade. Shade has incurred a few bumps over the years that I did my best to capture in the close up photos. These are age consistent – not notable, but I have to mention. The shade and the ¾” arm are old c1915, and the fitter, bracket and canopy cover are new and all of those parts have been painted a satin black. It accepts a standard base bulb, has a new ceramic socket, updated wiring and a bracket needed for install. An LED bulb is highly recommended because the globe does need to be removed for a bulb change. The light accepts a standard base bulb, will come to you with updated wiring and a bracket needed for install. These shades throw out a ton of light! Here’s your garage/barn or porch light.
