Second City Salvage is offering today this old flush mount bare bulb fixture from the late 1920s that was probably made by Halcolite, but it is unmarked. It is most likely from their Plymouth line of fixtures. It is fabricated of hammered Swedish cast iron and has the original finish – the light has only been lightly cleaned. It has been restored from head to toe and will come to you with updated wiring and a modern cross bar needed for installation. It measures 6″ dia. and will drop 3″ from the ceiling once installed (add 2 ½” for the bulb shown – not included). This is one of many in a group of Halcolite lights that were salvaged from a Minneapolis residence some years ago that I will be listing.
