Second City Salvage is offering today this rare set of three vitrified pottery or porcelain lights by Franklin Pottery; a pair of sconces and then a flush mount bare bulb ceiling light from the late 1920s or early 1930s. This color is rare and is Franklin’s “Turquoise Blue.” They are not marked, but I included two catalog pages showing these lights in their 1931 catalog. The ceiling light and one sconce are in mint condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. However, there is a very tiny flea bite chip to one of the pulls which is easily hidden by just turning it around (last photo). Here are the specs! Sconces 4 1/4″w x 10″h to the tip of the bulb shown (not included) and will project 4 1/4″ from the wall once installed. Original porcelain switches are NOT functional and are purely decorative. Ceiling light is 6 3/4″ dia. x 3″ (add 2 ½” for the bulb shown – not included). All three lights accept a standard base bulb, will come to you with updated wiring and a modern bracket needed for installation. Price is for the set of three lights – we are not willing to separate these. A rare find!
