Second City Salvage is offering today this pair of vintage c1930 brass pole pendants with period milk glass school house shades in mint condition. They measure 12″w and will drop 31″ from the ceiling once installed. The drop is not adjustable. Shades themselves measure 12″w x10″h and have 6″ fitters and sit firmly on the collar which is basically a gravity fitter. Canopies and fitters are brass plated steel and are 5 1/2″dia. x 3″h but the down rods are brass. Fitters show some wear as shown in the photos. Patina is original and have only been lightly cleaned. We have a pair of these and they are priced for the pair. We are not willing to separate them at this time. They have large base sockets, but have been fitted with reducers so will fit a standard base bulb. They will be tested and will come to you with updated wiring and a modern cross bar, ready to install. Great pieces for over a kitchen island or dining area to bring a vintage school house vibe to your space!
