Second City Salvage is offering today this rare set of five amber satin glass with clear tips slip/slipper shades by Gross Chandelier Co. from their Nomandy line c1920. These are all in what I would consider to be excellent condition. Three are in mint condition. Any chips to the backs on two of them are minimal and would be hidden once placed on the light fixture. One has a small chip to the outer edge that is not noticeable unless scrutinized up close. Each one measures 5″w x 8″h x 4 1/2″ projection. The last photo in the listing shows a photo from a 1920s Gross Chandelier Co. catalog showing these shades as a part of their “Normandy” line. I am offering these as a set of 5 and am not willing to separate them at this time.
