Second City Salvage is offering today this great old (as dirt) c1904 Classical Revival three-light semi-flush mount pan light that we’ve paired with prismatic shades that are probably Holophane, but are unmarked, although the shade holders are marked with a 1904 patent date. All of the components of this light are brass and it retains its original patina. It has only been lightly cleaned. It’s a beauty for sure! Overall width of the fixture is 14″ and it will drop 13″ to the bottom of the shades once installed on the ceiling. The pan is 12″ in dia. and the shades themselves are 5 3/4″w x 5″h x 3/16″ thick which make them super heavy. The light accepts three standard base bulbs, will come to you with period correct cloth wiring, will be tested and we will include the modern cross bar needed for install.
