Second City Salvage is fortunate to offer this semi-flush mount porcelain light with hand blown milk glass shade that was salvaged from a now defunct Alabama police station built in 1923. Overall measurement is 5 1/2”w x 6 1/4” drop. Porcelain fitter is stamped “Paulding” on the inside and is 5”dia x 3”h, shade is 5 1/2”w x 4”h and have a 2 1/4” fitter. The shade is held onto the fitter by the porcelain socket ring which unscrews. Shade does not need to be removed in order to change the bulb. I have two left. The shades are what get me… They are hand blown milk glass and each one is in mint condition. No chips, cracks or other condition issues and you can even see the “drip” to the bottom edge of the shade. These are perfect for a smaller space like a closet, small bathroom or hallway.
