Second City Salvage is thrilled to offer this antique large scale semi-flush mount light with a prismatic Holophane type shade in excellent condition probably c1920. The shade has a couple of rough spots that I was unable to capture in photos, but trust me, it’s in excellent condition and these flaws are not notable unless scrutinized up close. This light is grand in scale and overall, it measures 11″w and will drop 12″ from the ceiling once installed. The shade itself is 11″ dia x 7″h and the hammered brass canopy base is 4 3/4″ dia x 5 1/4″h with a 3 1/4″ fitter. There are a couple of stress fractures around the fitter that do not affect the integrity of the light, but I have to mention. It will come to you with updated wiring and a modern cross bar that is needed for installation. It’s a rare beauty for sure that will throw out a ton of light!
