It is a wall mount matchbox and cigar holder that probably was mounted right next to the toilet back in the day in a man’s bathroom when everyone smoked cigars on the potty. It is made of nickel plated brass and the plating is in great condition with only a small bit of loss where some of the brass is showing through in a couple of spots. In any case, it’s a rare piece that will keep your guests guessing. It measures 3″w x 5 1/2″h and will project 2″ from the wall once installed. It is unmarked.
