Second City Salvage is offering today this pair of antique towel bars that date to the late 1920s or early 1930s. One is milk glass and the other is clear glass. Both bars are in mint condition. The brackets are chrome plated steel that I had replated because they were in really bad shape. The milk glass bar is 18″w and the clear bar is 17 ½”w. Both are ½” diameter and have knobs on the ends which hold them onto the brackets. Each one projects 2 ¼” from the wall once installed. These are delicate in nature and would be perfect for either dish towels in a kitchen or hand towels in a bathroom. Great accents for your vintage bathroom or kitchen! They are priced for the pair and I would like to keep them together.
