It is constructed of nickel plated brass and is in excellent condition with no loss to the nickel plating. It is marked Art Brass Co NY. Probably used in a bathroom (when everyone smoked) to light your cigar or cigarette while shaving or primping or in the kitchen to light the stove. A rare piece for sure.
