Description
This is an antique nickel plated brass swing arm shaving mirror that dates to the early 20th century c1905. It is a high end piece and was probably manufactured by Meyer Sniffen which did not always mark their products. It was removed from a mansion in New York and all of the other accessories in the bathroom this came out of were Meyer Sniffen. Mirror itself measures 10″w x 14″w and has a 1/2″ bevel. Glass in great shape, however is slightly cloudy, but not very bad at all. It has a 6 1/2″ arm and projects 10-12″. Nickel plating in excellent condition – no pitting and very little oxidation. Could have that buffed out, but really there is no need. HORC#3
