Second City Salvage is offering today this nickel plated brass toilet paper or tissue holder that dates to the early 20th century. The nickel plating on this piece was almost completely flaked away so we had it replated in polished nickel and the price for this piece reflects that. It measures 6 1/2″w x 3 1/2″h and will project 3″ from the wall once installed. It will accommodate a modern double roll. It is not marked, but not all manufacturers marked their pieces, so these could be J.L. Mott, Wolff, Henry Huber, LFC, Meyer Sniffen, Brasscrafters, Art Brass/San-O-La, Sternau, Good Mfg. or any of the companies that produced bathroom accessories back in the early part of the 20th century. What an elegant addition to your vintage bathroom.
