Second City Salvage is offering today this semi-flush mount Art Deco light that dates to 1930. The fitter on this light is porcelain and original. The shade is free of any cracks, but there are a couple of small flea bite chips to the fitter which don’t really matter since they disappear once the shade is placed on the light. The shade is hand painted molded custard glass in great condition that features cute daffodils on four sides and light ribbing. Pretty much one-of-a-kind! A perfect light to hang over a sink in a kitchen in front of a window or maybe even in a bathroom. Overall measurement is 7″w and it will drop 7 1/2″ from the ceiling once installed. The porcelain canopy or fitter is 5″ dia x 2 1/2″h and the shade itself is 7″w x 5 1/2″h with a 2 ¼” fitter. Socket has been restored and accepts a standard base bulb and will come with a modern cross bar needed for install.
