Second City Salvage is offering today this beautiful amber acid etched cameo glass vase with a flowering and budding tulip design by the Handel Company, Meriden, CT. It was salvaged from a Minneapolis estate. As far as I can see, this vase it in mint condition with no defects, chips, cracks or repairs. This Art Nouveau design dates to around 1900. This large and heavy vase measures 5 ¾”w across the top and base and is 10 1/2″h. Amber budding and blooming roses cut to clear cameo glass with chipped ice surface on clear glass. Raised artist signature Gubisch on the side of the vase and Handel 4253 on the base. A RARE piece that would be a grand addition to your collection.
