Second City Salvage is offering today this hinged flush mount lens cover in a chrome frame probably from the 1940s. It is in great shape with only some very minor pitting to the frame (last two photos). The glass is in mint condition and is marked “6 ½ CONCENTRATING LENSLITE T.M.”; “PYREX T.M. REG. U.S. PAT. OFF. MADE IN U.S.A.”; “THIS SIDE AWAY FROM LAMP” and the numbers “54568.” Overall frame measurement is 9 3/8″ square and the lens itself is 6 ½” square.
