Second City Salvage is offering today this antique towel bar c1910 in its original state. Nickel plating is original. This piece does have a couple of dings and some loss of the plating (shown in last three photos), but overall very nice condition. Overall measurement is 32″w and it will project 3″ from the wall once installed, bar area is a very generous 28″. The brackets are stamped brass and are not removable. The bar itself is 5/8″ diameter. This piece is not marked, but not all manufacturers of bathroom accessories in the early 20th century marked their pieces. It’s good to hang towels on for another 100+ years and would be a grand addition to your vintage bathroom!
