Second City Salvage is thrilled to offer this Victorian/Aesthetic era transom window salvaged from a Detroit, MI residence a few years back. It remains in its original condition and is free of any breaks or cracks. The center shell pattern is a mix of beveled and textured pieces accented by faceted jewels, surrounded by a mix of ripple and textured glass in a variety of bright jewel colors with a crimson border. It is reinforced bv two rebars and remains in the original wood frame that is unpainted. It literally glows when the light hits it. Overall in the frame measurement is 38″w x 26 1/2″h and the measurement for the glass only is roughly 34″w x 21 1/2″h. A fabulous representation of the Victorian/Aesthetic era!
