Second City Salvage is offering this pair of brass sconces that were salvaged from and were original to a c1905 residence. They have been stripped of all lacquer and received a light cleaning so the bare brass will darken naturally over time. The wiring has been updated, original pull chain sockets are operational, they accept a standard base bulb and will come to you with a modern cross bar ready to install. They have been paired with these lovely etched period Sheffield glass shades which are in mint condition. Overall, they measure 4 1/2″w x 10 1/2″h and will project 8″ from the wall once installed. Canopies are 4″ dia x 4″h and have a beaded edge. The shades themselves are 4 ½”w x 5″h and have a 2 ¼” fitter. Price is for the pair. I am not willing to separate these.
