Second City Salvage is offering today this vintage c1930 double candle sconce by JC Virden from their Harwich line in their dog’s head pattern. It is constructed of hammered cast iron and the candle holders are either copper or brass plated cast iron which give them a great contrast to the raw iron. It measures measures 11”w x 10”h and will project 3 3/4” from the wall once installed. I have this shown with hand painted bulbs from Rejuvenation (not included) which gives it a great Arts & Crafts vibe. This light was saved years ago from a c1930 home in Buffalo, NY and then fully restored. The wiring has been updated, it accepts standard base bulbs and will come to you with a modern cross bar needed for install. Turn switch is operational. I also have a pair of pendants in the same pattern listed under the SKU VL1217 so this would be a great compliment to those!
